Our protagonist’s friends suggest ideal plans for a special weekend. The story tells of a young man’s desire to please a woman he loves and how he receives the selfless help of his friends, who know the city much better than he does, to make the visit a success. A small story of love and friendship in a place where nothing can go wrong.

Sound of Centro (Portugal)

Realização: Kanji Suto, Tsuyoshi Kigawa, Mayu Sekido, Saori Imamura;Produção: ART&TUR – International Tourism Film Festival;Localização: Torres Vedras;This story is about a Japanese woman who lost her sound due to hearing impairment when she was 18 years old. She almost gave up her life in despair, but the “vibration of sound”, only she can feel, saved her. Traveling through various places and feeling the vibration of the land is the way to enjoy her trip. The scenery that is felt outside of the five senses shows something wonderfully different from the ordinary scenery.

Living it together (Portugal)

A Tourism Film Festival in the City of Torres Vedras, 30 km from Lisbon. In short, a script was made, but I was given only part of it to be produced, because to my surprise, the “protagonist” would be me. They agreed with me to film each other since the first meeting at Guarulhos airport in order to make a very cool making of to present at the end of the work. When we finished recording on Wednesday, Leandro (friend and director of photography) called me to do a tour in Lisbon. Meanwhile, Marcão and Bruno were editing in the hotel hidden from me. They sent a film that wasn’t what was presented at the Festival for me to check. I talked about some changes that I thought, but there was no time to see the final video. I arrived just in time for the presentation.

Figueira de Tudo – Figueira da Foz ! (Portugal)

Realização: Marco Calábria;Produção: Bruno Nishino;Localização: Figueira da Foz;Promote Figueira da Foz, one of the most emblematic cities on the coast of Central Portugal, highlighting the vast diversity of its cultural and artistic heritage. The viewer is treated to a brilliant succession of images that show that Figueira is not only the beach and the mouth of the Mondego River, but also Gastronomy, History, Music, Art, Luck (as a reference to its famous casino), etc. Hence the title of the film: Figueira de Tudo!

Algarve Chefs Week 2019 – À raiz do Sabor (Portugal)

Realização: Ivo Machado;Produção: Eduardo de Sousa;Localização: Albufeira – Algarve;Every year, during one week, the top Chefs at the best Algarvian Hotels create an unique menu around one theme that anyone can experience for a very special price. This initiative has consistently narrowed the perceived gap between hotel high-end cuisine, locals and people that are not hotel-guests. This year, the theme was the natural and local ingredients from the land, in an attempt to promote local products and sustainability. At the end, a percentage of the business revenue is donated to charity and solidarity institutions, giving everyone involved an active positive role in the local social ecosystem.
